Inventory & Operations Manager

Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.

We are hiring an Inventory and Operations Manager to work with our Operations Director to maintain accurate inventory levels across several locations, provide our team with accurate daily counts, and assist with daily office operations.

This position can be based in Los Angeles.

About you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in jewelry inventory or similar experience, ERP or Inventory Management Software experience is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management and best practices

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory:
    • Inventory pulls and adjustments
    • Transfer inventory internally
    • Manage Shopify stock levels daily for accurate ATS inventory reflection to customers
    • Input inventory into our tracking system and maintain its accuracy
    • Consignment tracking with Wholesale and Operations Directors
    • Work closely with the operations, production, sales, and shipping teams to ensure the timely and efficient inventory transfer within the company
    • Quality control all inventory pieces coming into and shipping out of inventory
    • Conduct inventory audits and produce reports outlining any discrepancies
    • Identify, develop, and improve procedures to increase efficiency
    • Prepare monthly inventory reports to the financial department
    • Coordinate quarterly inventory physical counts to determine the completeness, existence, and accuracy of inventory counts, manage cycle count accuracy, and report on any variances to necessary team members
    • Prepare periodic inventory reports, determine the cause of discrepancies, and alert managers of inventory misclassifications
  • Operations:
    • Help maintain office supplies inventory
    • Accept daily packages and mail, scan & file mail, deposit checks, and email invoices and government paperwork to our Office Manager
    • Coordinate monthly parking passes
    • Coordinate messengers to and from the office
    • Assist with Birthdays & Anniversaries
    • Assist retail shipping when needed

Salary:

Salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Three professional references are required.

Social Media Coordinator

Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator to work with our Creative Director and Marketing and Website Managers to create and post daily content and interact with our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest communities. Experience with digital marketing, photo and video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, and working with PR agencies is a benefit.

This position can be based in either Los Angeles or New York.

About you:

  • Competent in analyzing, tracking, and reporting key Social Media metrics

Responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation:
    • Develop and schedule social media content on our social media platforms–Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest–coordinated with our marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Growth + Content Strategy:
    • Create an innovative content strategy to increase Spinelli Kilcollin’s presence and global audience on our social media platforms.
    • Generate organic content that aligns with each social platform and our brand and marketing strategies.
  • Creative support:
    • Partner with our Marketing Manager, Creative and Web Teams to manage Spinelli Kilcollin’s products on our social channels.
    • Align email and social media campaigns to our marketing strategy.
      Communicate with our external PR agency.
  • Customer Support:
    • Manage conversations with customers on our social media channels by responding and directing DM’s and comments.
    • Engage with our audience via reposts, comments, likes, and follows of creators and supporters of the brand.
  • Influencer Partnership:
    • Coordinate our influencer program according to our marketing plans and budget.
  • Trend Awareness:
    • Stay updated on social media trends and standards to enhance Spinelli Kilcollin’s presence amongst competitors in the luxury, fashion, and fine jewelry industries.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use Google Analytics and other platforms to track social media campaign sales, traffic, and applied tags.

Salary:

Salary range is $60,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Three professional references are required.
